Marisol Martinez
Marisol Martinez (she/her) is the co-founder of Ripple and former consultant. She is African American and is passionate about racial equity, education and justice; actively seeking out ways to engage in these areas over the last ten years. She has served and co-lead various anti-racism/diversity teams and assisted in organizing efforts around anti-racism practices. Marisol apprenticed as an anti-racism trainer with Communities Organizing for Racial Equity (CORE formerly CORR) from 2014-2019. Marisol currently works at Evident Change as a DEI Senior Specialist.
Marisol also has experience working in Child Welfare where she has held various roles including Case Management, Treatment Case Management, Support Services Supervisor, Foster Care Supervisor, and Child Welfare Trainer for MDHHS (Michigan Department of Health and Human Services). Following these roles, she worked in the MDHHS in the Office of Racial Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, leading state anti-racism and diversity. Marisol has her undergraduate degree in psychology from Cornerstone University and her Master's degree in Counseling Psychology at Western Michigan University.
While she is no longer formally affiliated with Ripple, Marisol remains committed to Ripple’s mission and frequently advises the team.

Hannah DeVries
Hannah DeVries (she/they) identifies as white and queer. She is from a rural community on the east side of Michigan and has resided in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Georgia, Tennessee, and Chicaco, Illinois. Hannah devotes their time to anti-oppression training, consulting, and development, which includes co-founding Ripple Consulting in 2020. She is passionate about empowering everyone to find their voice and committed to centering voices of color and other marginalized folks in this work.
Hannah was drawn to anti-racism work while working in the foster care system at Bethany Christian Services of Grand Rapids, MI. They worked at Bethany for eight years and led anti-racism efforts, which includes developing a grassroots movement within the foster care department, organizing and creating monthly educational discussions and caucuses, and aiding in branch wide efforts towards cultural and policy change. Hannah also works as a facilitator and coach for CORE (Communities Organizing for Racial Equity), which provides workshops for understanding racism and long-term coaching for organizations to develop and institutionalize their anti-racism efforts
Hannah has a masters of public administration through Grand Valley State University and a decade of experience as a trainer and facilitator. She lives in Chicago with her wife, Kalee DeVries, their cat, Chamomile, and a growing number of house plants.

Susie Dixon
(she/her) is Puerto Rican and Italian. She grew up in Queens NY, is a Navy Veteran, the founder of AnuDepth Consulting, and consultant at Ripple. She is a Consultant and Coach for individuals and organizations actively committed to transforming oppressive ideologies and practices within their cultures and communities. She works closely with individuals and organizations seeking to grow in the deeper work of uncovering the connections between present-day situations and our global history. She is passionate about examining cultural and socio-political contexts of our complicated history and drawing people deeper into understanding our formed identities and how they overtly and covertly impact our leadership agendas, decisions, and the communities we serve.
Susie holds a Masters of Divinity (MDiv.), is a PhD Candidate, and has worked in secular institutions, mono-ethnic and multi-ethnic churches, and nonprofits for over 25 years. She is a military veteran, regular contributor on the ShowBread Podcast, adjunct professor at Cornerstone University, and Facilitator and Coach at CORE (Communities Organizing for Racial Equity). She resides in West Michigan and loves reading, hiking, and spending time with her husband of 35 years and their growing family.
