Review the services we offer and contact us to determine how we can best meet your organizations’ needs.

Initial Consultation:

  • Sit down with our consultants for up to three hours.

  • Consultants will gather information about the organization, including work culture, personnel, policies, and practices.

  • The organization will provide their assessment of strengths, needs, and growth areas.

  • This consultation is a time for the organization and consultants to begin building rapport and determine if our services meet the needs of both parties.

  • Consultants will conduct their assessments of the organization and provide a written report of observations and recommendations for ongoing consulting services.

Ongoing Consultation Contract:

  • Following the initial consultation, Ripple consultants will develop a draft contract outlining the recommendations and next steps the organization desires to implement.

  • Each contract covers the hours determined by the consultants and organization. Contracts are a minimum of six months.
