About Us
Founded in 2020, Ripple Consulting LLC began with a vision of transforming organizations’ culture and equipping organizations to combat systemic racism and other forms of oppression. Our team know this is far from an easy task. However, our passion and commitment keep them pushing for change, as they know even small drops can create ripple effects.

Initial Consult
Consultants meet with your organization to gather an assessment of your assets, strengths, and growth areas. Following this session, consultants will provide a written report of their assessment, observations, and recommendations.

Consulting
Enter into a partnership with our consultants to review your current culture, policies, practices, and more through an anti-oppressive lens. We then assist you in developing and implementing a plan to make your organization more equitable and inclusive.

Training
We offer customized training to address each organizations specific needs. These include developing a common language and framework of racism, systemic inequities, historical context, and what an anti-oppressive response means.
